Dr. A.L. Rao

Dr. Rao was among the first few members to have joined Wipro’s Information Technology business in 1980. In a career spanning 29 years, Dr. Rao has held several positions including General Manager of R&D, VP Technical, Group VP Technology & Quality, Chief Technology Officer and President of Telecom & Technology Solutions. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2005 and held the position till 2008.

Dr. Rao played a critical role in the transformation of Wipro from a start-up to a multibillion dollar global technology giant. His key contributions include building of technology practices, building and growing Telecom & Technology Services business to over a billion, and enhancing Wipro’s presence in Japan and China. Dr. Rao was instrumental in Wipro achieving the highest SEI CMM Level 5 quality certification – the first in the world for IT services.

From 2009-2011, Dr. Rao consulted for Mindteck and Aricent.

Dr. Rao joined the board of Trianz Board in 2011 and took additional responsibility of heading IT Services in 2013. Currently, Dr. Rao is driving the growth of the Cloud & Infrastructure practice.


Dan Marion

Dan Marion worked for over 40 years with AT&T beginning at SBC Communications and through its many acquisitions until it ultimately assumed the AT&T name. He worked in many aspects of the business over his career including Information Technology, Marketing and Technology Operations. In his most recent role at AT&T, Dan served as Assistant Vice President responsible for AT&T’s Global Technology Operations Center (GTOC). In this capacity, he lead an organization of over 400 individuals performing functions spanning: Incident Management, Availability Management, Change Management, Problem  Management and Service Continuity for Technology Development and Technology Operations. Also included amongst his responsibilities were: Service Continuity for Compute & Storage and Network Disaster Recovery, the AT&T  Weather Operations Center (AWOC), Business Continuity and Emergency Management & Response including National Security/Emergency Preparedness (NSEP). The services supported spanned all AT&T business units: Business Solutions, Entertainment & Internet Solutions, Consumer Mobility and International.


Dan’s technical experience ranges from mainframes, UNIX/Wintel, PC LANs, Call Center Technologies and J2EE to Cloud based services. His business application experience spans Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Ordering, Trouble Management, Call Centers, Service Desk, Sales Support and Asset Management. He has overseen the staffing, development, deployment and support for numerous large IT projects, managed large capital and expense budgets, and ensured controls were instituted and maintained in order to meet the requirements of internal audits. He champions skill development amongst personnel, both technical and supervisory, in order to grow technology leaders of the future.


Anil Chillarige

Anil Chillarige is a seasoned technology leader with more than 20 years of product innovation experience in enterprise, security, healthcare and consumer markets. He lead the MobileIron’s mobile security SaaS platform As Executive Director, Engineering at TriNet (TNET) he led the delivery of next generation cloud platform encompassing Data Platform, Public API & Partner Integrations and Micro Services Platform for HCM applications development.  As a technology leader at Futurewei, he led the CloudDB platform initiative capable of handling IoT workloads. Anil worked for fortune 500 companies such as EMC, Amazon where he led world class BigData and CRM solutions. Before joining Amazon, Anil was Vice President of Engineering at Teneros Inc., (funded by NEA, GS and others) where he successfully initiated and delivered Teneros’s  SaaS solution to their SMB and enterprise customers. His career profile includes engineering leadership roles at Mimosa Systems (acquired by Iron Mountain Digital (NYSE:IRM, now part of HP), Align Technology (Invisalign , NASDAQ: ALGN), Stryker Endoscopy (NYSE: SYK), AirPrime (now Sierra wireless NASDAQ: SWIR) and Kodak Health Imaging (NYSE: EK).


Rama Burugula

Rama Burugula is a seasoned consultant/coach with vast experience in executive positions in Information Technology sector, with focus on India delivery centers.

Rama comes with vast experience in developing global IT businesses from scratch and growing them to significant levels. In his career, spanning over three and half decades, he held senior positions in technology management and business leadership in organizations like DISYS, CSC (DXC), Birlasoft, Polaris Software Services, Mahindra Satyam and CMC. Rama has represented his company and widely travelled in many countries across the world and provided award winning services to large MNCs like GE, CitiBank, Zurich Financial Services, ExxonMobil, Hitachi etc..

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IITM).
